Flowserve – LNG Pump Test Facility

Design and construction drawings for a new LNP Pump test facility consisting of an office, assembly, and storage warehouse building totaling 29,710 SF plus an exterior test area of 9,600 SF.  The office area of 9,600 SF total consisted of lobby area, cubicle area, offices, conference rooms, inspection rooms, breakroom areas, and restrooms.  Construction of facility commenced in April 2023 and is ongoing.
