Anderson Toyota

This project included the design and working drawings for a new Toyota/Scion dealership of approximately 51,000 square feet.  The project was completed in May of 2009, at a total construction cost of $5 million.

This project has all the features that you would expect in a first class auto dealership.  From its spacious and uniquely designed sales showroom to its 25 service bays, to its customer lounge and state of the art administrative offices, this buildings offers its customers a unique car buying or service experience.  Designed to meet the rigorous confines of the Toyota Image II Program, this building features futuristic-looking finishes, long span structures, and the elements that make the Toyota Brand buildings look and function the same nationwide.

This building is the anchor for the Anderson Automotive Group in Lake Havasu City.
